All tracking numbers that were uploaded incorrectly have been sorted out and will be uploaded again on 10/29/2021. All of the tracking numbers that showed delivery or destination at a location other than what you ordered, were wrong. All shipments were sent to the correct address. This is the first time that this has ever happened so out of an abundance of caution, we were extra thorough in making sure that everything was otherwise done correctly, albeit later than we had set out to have done.
Due to the unexpected down time on 10/26/2021 following an extortionist ransom based DDoS group succeeding in knocking us offline, we had to go under for maintenance to improve and modify how the security and DDoS prevention works for the site. We completed most of the upgrades and are continuing to work towards making that kind of thing less of an inconvenience for us, and for you.
We are in the process of setting up all new reseller only panels, with resellers being divided up into groups and each group being provided a dedicated mirror that will operate much faster, with more features for order placement and data validation than is currently available.
All orders currently in the system are shipped, or shipping over the next couple of days, with tracking expected to be posted on or by the 1st.
We sincerely apologize for all the unusual delays being experienced right now. Please bear with us just a little while longer and we will have things back on track and running smooth.
